These terms govern access to AEXO services, including subscription usage, payment obligations, liability boundaries, and account termination conditions.
By creating an account or accessing the AEXO platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
AEXO provides an AI-assisted interface for local SEO and reputation management. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your legitimate business operations. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering or utilizing the platform for malicious automation.
Your use of AEXO involves connecting third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile. You represent that you have the authority to manage the credentials and data associated with these external accounts and agree to abide by their respective terms.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. To prevent service interruption, accounts will automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled via the dashboard at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
All platform technology, user interface designs, and AI logic remain the sole property of AEXO. You retain ownership of the data you connect, but grant AEXO the right to process that data solely for the delivery of your requested services.
AEXO is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEXO's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
You agree to indemnify AEXO and its affiliates from any third-party claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms, or any content you publish through the platform that infringes upon the rights of others.
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service features at our discretion. Notice of material changes will be provided via the application dashboard or email, and continued use following such notice constitutes acceptance.
