To request a refund, please contact us at support@aexo.online. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Except for the initial 14-day window, we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. All fees for previous months are non-refundable.
